Before joining Cartier, Joël Guillot dedicated his career to several iconic brands: Longines, ETA, Tissot, Omega . Passionate about mechanics rather than watchmaking, he was among those who worked on the implementation of the coaxial movement alongside the legendary George Daniels , becoming one of those artisans who shaped modern watchmaking history.

Discreet, reserved, and rarely seeking recognition, Joël Guillot spent his final professional years at Cartier , where he ended his career before retiring. To mark his ten years of service, the Maison presented him with this Pasha 10 ANS , a traditional symbol of loyalty and gratitude towards its employees.
